Last year, Carlos Alcaraz, had his crowning moment on clay as he won his first French Open men’s singles title. Is a repeat in store this year? Ahead of a final face-off with world number one Jannik Sinner, Alcaraz is a slight favorite at some top online sportsbooks, though oddsmakers project a potential thriller in Paris.

French Open match odds and futures odds will be widely available at all of the best U.S. online sportsbooks. Many of these sites carry odds for all ATP and WTA Tour events, but as is the case with major events in other sports (e.g. the Super Bowl, March Madness, and the NBA Finals), the biggest events on the annual tennis calendar garner a different level of interest.
The French Open men’s singles futures odds on this page are from BetOnline, Bovada, Everygame, and Sportsbetting.ag, four sites that will carry both odds for all men’s and women’s singles matches, but also a variety of tournament futures.

Who Are This Year’s French Open Men’s Singles Finalists?
Carlos Alcaraz
Alcaraz entered the French Open with a 16-1 mark on clay this year, with his lone loss coming to Holger Rune in the final of the Barcelona Open last month. His final tune-up for the French Open saw him defeat three top-10 seeds, including top seed and home favorite Sinner, to win the Rome Masters.
He has carried that form into the French Open, where his run has included wins over seeded players Ben Shelton, Tommy Paul, and Lorenzo Musetti.
Last year, Alcaraz lost five sets on the way to winning his first French Open title, four of which came in the semifinals (versus Sinner) and final (versus Alexander Zverev). This year, he has lost four and has yet to be taken to five sets.
That might change against Sinner, as two of their previous three Grand Slam meetings have gone five sets. Alcaraz has won two of those three matchups and has won four straight times overall against Sinner, and he is 3-1 all-time on clay against his final opponent.
Jannik Sinner
After winning the Australian Open for the second straight year, Sinner served a controversial three-month suspension resulting from his positive test for a banned substance last year.
That loss ended a 26-match winning streak for Sinner, who is now 92-8 overall with nine titles (three Grand Slams) since the start of 2024. In that stretch, he is 0-4 against Alcaraz, including that five-set loss in last year’s French Open semifinals.
Will he end the losing streak in tomorrow’s final? He has been in dominant form at Roland Garros, not dropping a single set. That includes his 6-4, 7-5, 7-6 (7-3) win over Novak Djokovic in the semifinals, which might well a sign to the 24-time Grand Slam singles champion that his window for adding to that number is starting to close.
It also may be a sign that Sinner is at least on level ground with Alcaraz at the moment, as oddsmakers have this matchup rather tight across the board.
