See Picks & Statistics For The GameAre the Kansas City Chiefs on the cusp of a historic third straight Super Bowl win? Or will the Philadelphia Eagles claim their second Super Bowl title? The Super Bowl 59 matchup between the Chiefs and Eagles is hours away, and SBLIX score predictions are flying from far and wide.
The favored Chiefs are seeking their fourth Super Bowl title in six seasons, and a win over the Eagles in this Super Bowl 57 rematch will see Kansas City become the first NFL franchise with three consecutive Super Bowl wins.
The Eagles, meanwhile, have a chance to play spoiler and gain a measure of revenge for their heartbreaking defeat two years ago in Glendale, Arizona.

Super Bowl Score Projections Give Eagles the Edge Over Chiefs
Super Bowl spread odds still have the Chiefs as favorites, as has been the case since odds were released.
However, many top sports betting industry sources don’t think that a three-peat is in the cards for Kansas City. Instead, Super Bowl predictions forecast a party in Philly.
Mahomes Seeks to Maintain Dominance of NFC
In the regular season, the Chiefs went a perfect 5-0 against the NFC in the regular season and covered the spread in wins over the Falcons, Saints, and 49ers.
Kansas City Chiefs vs the NFC in the 2024 NFL Regular Season
- Atlanta Falcons (Week 3 – away): Won 22-17
- New Orleans Saints (Week 5 – home): Won 26-13
- San Francisco 49ers (Week 7 – away): Won 28-18
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers (Week 9 – home): Won 30-24 (OT)
- Carolina Panthers (Week 12 – away): Won 30-27
The Eagles posted a similar 5-0 record against the AFC, and they covered in wins over the Bengals, Ravens, and Steelers.
Philadelphia Eagles vs the AFC in the 2024 NFL Regular Season
- Cleveland Browns (Week 6 – home): Won 20-16
- Cincinnati Bengals (Week 8 – away): Won 37-17
- Jacksonville Jaguars (Week 9 – home): Won 28-23
- Baltimore Ravens (Week 13 – away): Won 24-19
- Pittsburgh Steelers (Week 15 – home): Won 27-13
If the Eagles soar against the Chiefs tonight at the Superdome, it will be a rare loss for three-time Super Bowl MVP Patrick Mahomes against NFC opposition.
Since he took as Kansas City’s starting quarterback in the 2018 season, the Chiefs are 29-7 SU (.806) against the NFC in the regular season and postseason.
That includes a 32-29 win over the Saints in Week 15 of the 2020 season. To date, that is the only time that Mahomes has played in the Superdome.
