In a now infamous viral moment, Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver A.J. Brown read a book on the sidelines, and it propelled Jim Murphy’s “Inner Excellence” into a bestseller.
The mental skills coach’s literature was likely chosen due to Brown’s frustration. High intensity situations simply lead to frustration often in sports. Thus, Super Bowl LIX, facing Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs, that might have him reading again.

A.J. Brown has five 1,000 Seasons in his six year career.
A.J. Brown’s Reading Choice – Odds & Analysis
The Kansas City Chiefs have a fantastic defence that has performed weekly, their offence knows how to stay on the field too, so A.J. Brown could be looking on from the sidelines more than he likes. If he breaks out that book then BetOnline has you covered.
I have so many questions. Will he read? What will he read? Why did he even read in the first place?

Love Hurts: Buddhist Advice for The Heartbroken (+700)
The world seems to think the Eagles are headed for heartbreak. This could be a proactive read.
The Bible (+900)
Can’t go wrong with a bestseller.
Any Shakespeare (+900)
Watching the Kansas City Chiefs three peat will be a Shakespearean Tragedy for many NFL fans. A.J. Brown might pull out Hamlet.
The Catcher in the Rye (+1000)
Bread?
Of Mice and Men (+1000)
Everyone just wants agency over their own lives but life is cruel. Everyone just wants to win a Super Bowl and Patrick Mahomes is ruining it. A.J. might hit up the novella for a quick read about the hardships we cannot avoid. J.D. Salinger’s novella has stood the test of time.
Inside The Philadelphia Eagles (+1200)
A.J. Brown might be searching for where his place in Eagles lore will end up.
Dallas Cowboys Suck (+1600)
Well, they do.
Fifty Shades of Grey (+2000)
If Phyllis Lapin-Vance can read it in ‘The Office’ why can’t A.J Brown read it on the sidelines.
Moby Dick (+2000)
Patrick Mahomes is a great metaphor for a force of nature just ask Josh Allen. A.J. Brown and the rest of the NFL might have to give this one a read if they haven’t.
Pride & Prejudice (+2000)
I’m sure Mr. Brown sees himself as a Mr. Darcy type.
The Great Gatsby (+2000)
The GREEN light ceaselessly seen but forever eluding you. A future you desperately yearned and planned for but that reality recedes? Yeah, I bet Chiefs opponents can connect with this work of art.
To Kill a Mockingbird (+2000)
Another American classic that I have never read. Atticus Finch is a great name though.
War & Peace (+2500)
A Russian literary classic written by Leo Tolstoy. I googled that.
The Cheetah: Tyreek Hill (+2500)
Perhaps the two intend to team up in the offseason. He could be studying up on his future teammate. Tyreek Hill is seemingly all but done with the Dolphins.
Lord of the Flies (+3300)
I’m sure most NFL players think they could reorder their offences into a sort of Utopia only for chaos to ensue.
A Tale of Two Cities (+3300)
The name connects but I can’t recall what this is about.
Brave New World (+4000)
An important work that is misunderstood. This read might actually benefit A.J. Brown. A reactionary piece of literature that has somehow yet again become relevant to today’s zeitgeist.
Dune (+5000)
Denis Villeneuve may win an Oscar but his adaptation has left elements integral to the novel out. A.J. Brown strikes me as someone upset that this iteration has left out the navigators. Brown might be s big fan of the Spacing Guild.
Football for Dummies (+5000)
If he reads this I hope he wears comically giant glasses too.
Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See (+10000)
I do not know what this is.
Written by Bill Martin Jr. and illustrated by Eric Carle, your child will be delighted by unforgettable images of endearing animals in “Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?”#DollysLibrary pic.twitter.com/uzOPC3iubt

Personally, I would love to see him read ‘Calvin & Hobbes.’ Bill Watterson’s work has stood the test of time. The comic strip teaches and entertains.
Anyways, in conclusion, it is unlikely the star pass catcher puts on his reading glasses. If he does break the spine of a book then he will break the internet again.
