Super Bowl 59 Taylor Swift & Broadcast Props

How many times will the FOX broadcast show the pop superstar during the Super Bowl?
All NFL odds are courtesy of BetOnline as of Thursday, Dec 23 at 1:30 p.m. ET. Odds from other sportsbooks may also be mentioned in this article
Love her or hate her, Taylor Swift puts butts in seats, adding millions of viewers to the Super Bowl broadcast. She is so massive that BetOnline even has a whole section for her Super Bowl props. And yes, I dabble in a few of them—don’t judge! It’s the Super Bowl, the last football game of the season. Let loose!
Taylor Swift Bet: Her to be shown during National Anthem: YES (+350)
Let me take you inside my sick, degenerate mind for a second. Picture this: Jon Batiste belts the anthem. The broadcast flashes the Eagles sideline, then cut to Jalen Hurts or Saquon Barkley. Next, they show the Chiefs sideline—Andy Reid, Mahomes, and then Travis Kelce. A quick flash to the box seats, where Taylor Swift’s front and center, making waves. And just like that, we are cashing before the ball is even kicked off.
Taylor Swift Bet: Times shown during game UNDER 6.5 (-175)
Despite what many believe, Taylor Swift is not shown every 10 minutes during games she attends to support her boyfriend, Travis Kelce. For this prop, only the time from kickoff to the final whistle counts—halftime and commercials are off the table. The broadcast must feature her, as per Fox, the official broadcaster. Now, let’s break down the likely spots she’ll appear: Kansas City’s first drive, if Kelce scores, a random successful Chiefs drive, and possibly towards the end if the Chiefs are winning. I see a maximum of five times. Sure, plenty of people will tune in just to catch a glimpse of her, but the broadcast has to focus on the game.
Pay the juice, it’s worth it. Anything beyond six times is overkill when it comes to seeing Taylor Swift’s face.
