Revenge is on the menu in Boulder tonight as Colorado looks to avenge their 20-point loss to Arizona State earlier this month. The Buffaloes are fueled by that defeat and the challenge of protecting their home court against a Sun Devils team that struggles offensively on the road. With Arizona State’s focus possibly shifting toward a massive game this weekend, Colorado is primed to capitalize.

Arizona State vs Colorado Best Bet
Nothing like a good old-fashioned revenge spot on a Tuesday night. The Colorado Buffaloes are seeking payback against the Arizona State Sun Devils after getting dismantled on January 4, losing 81-62 in Arizona. That 20-point beatdown should serve as pure fuel for the Buffaloes tonight.
In five true road games this season, the Sun Devils have struggled offensively. Despite relying heavily on the three, they rank 21st worst in three-point percentage. They do not get to the line often (24th in free throw rate offense) and turn the ball over at an alarming rate, ranked 314th in turnover offense. Defensively, they are elite, boasting the 38th best adjusted defensive efficiency ranking. They do not foul and defend the perimeter better than anyone in the country, but their two-point defense is a glaring weakness, ranking 269th nationally. Colorado will look to exploit this, as they rank 123rd in two-point offense at home.
Colorado has been excellent defensively at home, ranking in the top 80 in adjusted defensive efficiency, effective field goal percentage defense, and two-point defense. Offensively, they are well-rounded and efficient both inside and out. Their biggest issue is turnovers, as they rank 20th worst in the country at protecting the ball. Fortunately for Colorado, Arizona State is terrible at forcing turnovers, ranking 302nd on the road.
With Arizona State likely looking ahead to their big game hosting Arizona this Saturday—fresh off upsetting Iowa State on Monday—this feels like the perfect spot for Colorado to catch the Sun Devils distracted and sneak out a win.
