Thunder vs Warriors NBA Predictions & Picks (11/27)
It’s been just over two weeks since the first Thunder vs. Warriors matchup of the 2024-25 campaign. The two teams collided at Paycom Center on Nov. 10, ending in a 127-116 victory for Golden State as Stephen Curry led the way with 36 points while shooting 7-of-13 from the three-point line. The victory helped improve the Warriors’ record to 11-4 SU across its last 15 encounters with the Thunder.
If the Warriors want to replicate history, they must find a way to improve their play after suffering back-to-back losses. The latest defeat came in the form of Monday’s 128-120 loss to the Brooklyn Nets, which is a game that saw Steve Kerr’s team blow an 18-point lead.
Meanwhile, the Thunder are gunning for their third straight victory following a 130-109 win over the Sacramento Kings two nights ago. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was difficult to contain as he led OKC in points (37) and assists (11) while Jalen Williams made his presence felt with 28 points on 62.5% shooting.
The Thunder have also proven that they can handle the Chase Center atmosphere, having won their last two road games vs. the Warriors by an average of 13 points.
Do the Thunder have what it takes to beat the Warriors for the third straight time on the road?
Although both sides average similar offensive outputs, it’s the Warriors who have the edge on the perimeter. Golden State is averaging 15.9 threes made (4th) on 38.1% shooting while Oklahoma City averages 13.7 (13th) with a 34.9% success rate (19th). Both teams are inside the top 10 when it comes to three-point defense, though, making it interesting to see which side has more outside success.
The Warriors have the rebounding edge, too, averaging 58.1 rebounds per game (3rd), which is about eight more than the Thunder (50.5 RPG, 23rd).
Each team is dealing with its fair share of injuries tonight, though.
Thunder Injury Report
- Alex Caruso (hip) — Out
- Alex Ducas (hip) — Questionable
- Chet Holmgren (hip) — Out
- Jaylin Williams (hamstring) — Out
- Nikola Topic (knee) — Out
- Ousmane Dieng (finger) — Out
Warriors Injury Report
- De’Anthony Melton (knee) — Out
- Jonathan Kuminga (illness) — Questionable
- Stephen Curry (knees) — Questionable
- Quinten Post (thumb) — Out
While that’s a lot of banged-up players, the most important of the bunch are Kuminga and Curry — two of the Warriors’ four best scorers this season. Having said that, Golden State is 3-0 SU in the three games that Curry has missed this season.
Will Stephen Curry (knees) be healthy enough to suit up for the Warriors on Wednesday?
Assuming that Curry pushes through to play, I like the Warriors’ chances of winning this game. They’ve already beaten the Thunder once this season and that game was on the road. Throw in the fact that OKC could be without one of its best defenders (Caruso), and there’s a decent chance that Golden State can pull off the upset tonight.
With that being said, the lengthy injury list could mean the Warriors and Thunder will take things easier tonight, which is why I like the Under on the 229.5-point total, too. It also helps that the Under is 4-2 in the Thunder’s last six games as well as 4-1 in the Warriors’ five previous outings.

Best Thunder vs Warriors NBA Player Prop (11/27)
Due to the Thunder’s inconsistent rebounding, I like Draymond Green o6.5 total rebounds (-137) as this NBA game’s best player prop bet.
Green continues to be a reliable rebounder as his 35th birthday approaches in just over four months. The former Michigan State product is averaging 7.4 rebounds in his last seven games, finishing with the Over on this prop six times during that stretch. That includes a solid 3-1 record in four games at Chase Center.
There’s a good chance that run will continue considering how the Thunder collect the eighth-fewest rebounds while surrendering the most in the Association. With the Over on this prop being 11-2 in his last 13 home games against the Thunder, Green’s in a great spot to bring the green tonight.
Best Thunder vs. Warriors Player Prop: Draymond Green o6.5 Total Rebounds (-137)
